- The mirror effect is, above all, about PAUSING and taking a good look at yourself in the mirror. Through my supportive yet honest questions, you’ll hit PAUSE and take a comprehensive inventory of your reality. This is the essential step in assessing where you are now, so you know where you’re starting from. - Next, we FAST-FORWARD. To look back at the movie of your life and find where you want to change the script: what exactly do you want to change in your future? This is your destination, which we’ll take the time to visualize as if we were already there. - And then, once you have a starting point and a destination, you can say “CLAP, ACTION, ROLL CAMERA!” You get moving: during our sessions, you build your strategy and make choices; between sessions, you experiment, take action, and adjust your decisions to create change in your life. It includes: · A 2-hour deep-dive session (in person) to clearly define your objective · 6 sessions of 90 minutes, ideally every two weeks and preferably in person · 1 closing session to consolidate your progress · Ongoing support between sessions through on-demand flash sessions (up to 10 minutes), with a commitment to respond within 24 hours SOLO — 8 MONTHS For deeper perspective and lasting transformation This program also covers a full assessment, decision-making, and prioritization—but goes further by addressing a core leadership capability: delegation. Understanding and transforming the way you delegate takes time. It requires iteration, practice, and integration to anchor new behaviours and fully master their impact. It includes: · A 2-hour deep-dive session (in person) to clearly define your objective · 12 sessions of 90 minutes, preferably in person: 6 sessions every two weeks; followed by a pause to integrate; then another 6 sessions when you’re ready to continue · 1 closing session to consolidate your progress · Ongoing support between sessions through on-demand flash sessions (up to 10 minutes), with a commitment to respond within 24 hours

The Leaders in the Plural Program unfolds in several phases, for example: Preparation and Kick-off: · 2-hour individual exploration session in person to understand your managerial perspective · Comprehensive field diagnosis including a confidential interview with each team member and collection of all relevant data to consolidate the diagnosis with concrete indicators · Feedback to the manager on identified challenges as a starting point · If needed, feedback session with the full team (can be delivered by the manager) Collective Journey: · 6 x 2-hour customized team workshops, spaced 2–4 weeks apart depending on priorities and agreed pace · Individual coaching sessions with team members as needed (optional) · Continuous support throughout the program with regular individual check-ins to debrief, monitor progress, and adjust actions Closure: · 1 confidential individual interview with each team member to capture end-of-program perception · Feedback to the manager on final outcomes and validation of progress · 1.5-hour team session to review achievements and define the team’s action plan The Leaders in the Plural program runs over 8–10 months and is tailored following an initial strategic session.
